To give exposure to films which need & deserve it.

ShallowSHORTS100 is about everything from grass-roots film-making upwards. Hundreds of short films are being produced every month, from 50 second Mini DV masterpieces, to 10 minute 16mm experiments, to 20 minute festival cuts on HD.
